Vertragsschluss

Unsere Angebote im Internet stellen eine Aufforderung an den Kunden dar, ein
Angebot über die Bestellung von Waren abzugeben. Der Vertrag kommt zustande,
wenn wir dieses Angebot per E-Mail an Sie annehmen. Einzelheiten zum

Korrektur von Eingabefehlern

Eingabefehler können vor der verbindlichen Abgabe eines Angebotes auf einer
gesonderten Seite erkannt und durch Betätigen des „Zurück“-Button im Browser
korrigiert werden.

Speicherung der Vertragsdaten

Die Vertragsdaten werden gespeichert. Diese werden ihnen per E-Mail zugesendet
und können zudem über die Angabe der Bestellnummer in Ihren Kundenbereich
abgerufen werden.

Zahlung

Die Zahlung erfolgt über den Dienst von Paypal, Discover, American Express, Visa und Mastercard, sowie Banküberweisung.

Lieferung

Die Lieferung erfolgt innerhalb von 3-5 Tagen bei einer Standardlieferung innerhalb

Vertragssprache:

Die Vertragssprache ist Deutsch.

 

Conclusion of the contract

The offerings of Soul Objects on the internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order merchandise from Soul Objects. A contract between the customer and us comes about only when we have confirmed the acceptance of the order in writing by Email. Correcting Input Errors 

Before making a binding order, which is displayed on a separate Webpage, input errors can be recognized and corrected by clicking the ‘Back’-Button of your browser.

Storage of the contract data

The contract data will be stored. They will be sent to you via email and can also be accessed via your account with Soul Objects by giving your order number.

Payment

Payment is possible using the services provided by PayPal, Discover, American Express, Diner’s Club, Visa & Mastercard

Shipment
